To enroll your child you will need to read and agree to our Parent Handbook, then fill out a Preschool Student Enrollment form, Health Screening form, and Child Rights form.  These forms, plus the Preschool Tuition Fee sheet are available by clicking the highlighted document.  Documents are provided in a PDF format so you can read or download and print them.
